For our biggest home game of the year we were delighted to host what seemed like half the Otago Rugby Union staff. Roy Daniels the current ORFU President was present for our life members lunch where we hosted the Zingari life members and the Medder family for a special presentation of Jack Medder’s 2006 ORFU President’s Blazer, which was graciously accepted on behalf of the club by Bruce Malcolm (1988 ORFU President). Richard Kinley (CEO) and Richard Perkins (Community Rugby Manager) were also on the sidelines and in the clubrooms joining in on the Bandy Scoles winning celebration and arguably our most important two ORFU guests of the day were Brandon Hale (Game development – Refereeing) & Simon Wallace (NPC Manager) who along with Rodger Hewitt refereed the main game! Thank you all for attending, its great to see so many of the ORFU staff out supporting community rugby!
